Residential and Combined TEFL / TESOL Courses

Our residential courses allow you to become TEFL/TESOL certified while living in the exciting, Mediterranean city of Tarragona, Spain! We offer two course formats: a 4-Week intensive course and a Combined Online-Plus-Residential-Block course. After successful completion of either course, you will earn your internationally recognized Advanced Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, and be fully prepared to teach English to students any where in the world.

Our courses are unique in that they incorporate preparation and teaching practice for teaching Business English, as well as General English to Adult and Young Learners.

4-Week Intensive Advanced Certificate in TEFL

By taking our 4-week intensive course you will earn your internationally recognized Advanced Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), gain hands-on experience, and have fun by immersing yourself in the Spanish Mediterranean culture. In just four weeks you will be fully prepared to teach English to students anywhere in the world.

This TEFL / TESOL qualification is accepted worldwide and is internationally accredited by the The College of Teachers, leading to the internationally-recognized Advanced Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (Advanced Certificate TESOL)

Combined Advanced Certificate in TEFL

Anglo Centres TEFL also offers a combined course leading to an Advanced  certificate in TEFL / TESOL. The theoretical aspects of the course are delivered online and completed by students via distance learning. Then students spend two weeks in our centres for their teaching practice block. You will receive all the same training and experience as you would in our 4-week course, but you have the flexibility to work your studies into your work and life schedule.

This TEFL / TESOL qualification is accepted worldwide and is internationally accredited by the The College of Teachers, leading to the internationally-recognized Advanced Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (Advanced Certificate TESOL)

Teaching Practice Certificate in TEFL

A short practical course designed to supplement an online TEFL/TESOL course or a previous teaching certificate. Teach real learners of Engish for five to ten days and enjoy the benefits of first-hand teaching whilst adding an invaluable experience to your CV.

Weekend/One-Week Language Teaching Methodology Certificate

Accredited by the College of Teachers, and leading to an internationally-recognized Certificate of Educational Studies (CoES), this course is a good coverage of main principles and latest trends in the Language Teaching World. This short certificate course is offered in two versions: a weekend intensive or a one-week course.

Further Certificate for Teachers of Business English

A four-day intensive course leading to the LCCI IQ Further Certificate for Teachers of Business English - an advanced qualification awarded by the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry International Qualifications and a worldwide recognized certificate.
